You can only imagine the kind of classified documents that the President of the United States has access to. The Kennedy assassination, all of the Osama bin Laden intelligence, and then there’s always the ever popular topic: aliens. Do aliens exist? Don’t ask me, because I really have no idea, but I’m pretty sure past U.S. presidents have more information than they’re letting on about. Jimmy Kimmel seems to agree with me as he recently grilled President Clinton about the issue.

President Clinton didn’t seem taken aback at all by the questions and genuinely seemed happy to answer them. I didn’t realize this at the time of his presidency, but during his second term in office Roswell had an important anniversary date. And so he decided to learn all he could about Roswell to make sure they weren’t hiding any aliens underground in the desert. (He says they weren’t; you can decide whether you believe him or not).

President Clinton Thinks Aliens Might Visit Soon

Just the fact that Bill Clinton, as President of the United States, sent people to investigate Roswell and Area 51, seems to indicate that there might just be something to this “alien life” question that’s been probing our minds for as long as I can remember. Just why did he investigate it at all? Here’s his response: “When the Roswell thing came up, I knew we’d get zillions of letters…So I had all the Roswell papers reviewed. Everything.”

When Kimmel continued to press him further on the issue of the possibility of alien life, President Clinton had this to say:

“We know there are billions of stars and planets literally out there. And the universe is getting bigger. We know from our fancy telescopes that just in the last two years more than 20 planets have been identified outside our solar system that seem to be far enough away from their suns — and dense enough — that they might be able to support some form of life.”

Even though he claimed not to “know” anything about aliens, he did have this to add: “But if we were visited some day, I wouldn’t be surprised…” Do you think President Clinton knows more than he’s saying?

What do you think? Will we ever be visited by aliens? (Hopefully they’d be friendly). Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
