The Nike Free is a shoe that fits so snugly, that you will almost forget that you are wearing them.  Adidas has ran and jumped on the bandwagon too with almost zero weight shoes.  They are just about to release the Adidas Pure Boost.

The Pure Boost is a fresh looking sneaker that only weighs 8.3 ounces for men and 6.3 ounces for women. The shoe has a comfortable and flush Boost cushioning all along the bottom of the shoe.  This has been designed for even support and weight distribution surrounding the foot. This cleverly designed sole is not the only part of the shoe that has a unique design.  The upper part of the shoe is made from a four-way stretch liner, which ‘breathes’ in a way that is very similar to the Nike Free.  It almost makes you feel like you’re not really wearing any sneakers at all. The really neat feature about these shoes is that you do not even have to wear a sock with this design.

Pure Boost has been hailed as the shoe of the future. The new sneakers go on sale next week, on May 14.  The price is $140/$120 a pair.

The shoes come in a horde of different colours. The colours for men are: Black/ White/Clear Grey, Solar Blue/Solar Blue/Clear Grey, Tech Grey/Metallic Silver/Clear Grey, and Infrared/Infrared/Clear Grey. The colours for women are: Black/ White/Clear Grey, Clear Grey/White/Clear Grey, Bold Pink/Bold Pink/Clear Grey and Solar Pink/Core Pink/Clear Grey. Apparently more colours are coming in the future.
