Christian Bale has sure played some iconic roles during his career, and Batman and Moses are just a couple of them that come to the top of my head. He’s also now set to play Apple’s co-founder Steve Jobs in an upcoming flick written by Aaron Sorkin, the pen behind recent movies Moneyball, and The Social Network. Steve Jobs, it seems, is more popular on the big screen than ever, with Ashton Kutcher also starring as Jobs in the fairly recent movie aptly titled Jobs. While Bale will certainly put a different spin on Steve Jobs, it remains to be seen how different the storylines will turn out to be. This new picture will be based off of the book Steve Jobs, written by Walter Isaacson.

Christian Bale To Play Steve Jobs In New Film

While I would name Bale to the list of some of my favorite actors, it’s no secret in Hollywood that he’s sometimes not the easiest person to get along with, as he frequently makes the “worst actors to work with” list. While I’ve never worked with him, I obviously can’t comment either way as to the truth of those claims – all I know is he gives his all to his performances, and I’m excited to see his portrayal as the tech genius.

Are you excited about this upcoming movie? How do you think Bale’s portrayal of Jobs will be? Let us know in the comments section below!
