Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor offers a unique storyline through the eyes of Tailon and Celebrimbor, two dead men who have returned to Middle-earth to end the reign of the Dark Lord Sauron. Between the missions, players can indulge in goblin killing and use goblins to access their way to Sauron’s high command.
Even though there has been hot-water on the topic of Shadow of Mordor not being part of the Lord of the Rings brand, when it has Gollum on the main missions, many gamers still call this “the first good Lord of the Rings game”.
