Tech Smith has released an update for its popular SnagIt product. This screen capture software allows you to not just capture a screen view but also resize, cut, frame and add notes to the image.

SnagIt 11.4.2.263 is a maintenance release and fixes the following bugs:

•     Additional fixes for scrolling capture in Google Chrome
•     Major performance improvement when uploading to Screencast.com
•     Fixed crash when ‘how to’ animation is displayed during first capture
•     Closing “Print Preview” caused Snagit to crash
