Xero
We’re big fans of Xero. It’s a versatile cloud-based platform geared towards business of all sizes. It’s a particularly ideal solution for smaller business owners, as it gives them the ability to manage their accounts independently, alongside their accountants. A really great feature of Xero is its comprehensive, yet user-friendly dashboard, which can change the way managers view time-consuming tasks like invoicing, transaction monitoring and expense management. The intuitive graphs give users a visual understanding of key data, which helps them easily compare account information at-a-glance. Xero also lets users generate and customize professional branded invoices. There are loads of customization options including adding a company's logo, foreign currency conversion tools, and the ability to save different templates for separate clients. Its invoicing system is also a great feature, as it can issue invoices for payments from PayPal accounts, bank transfers or credit cards, with no country-related exceptions. One of the neat invoicing tools is the notification that alerts users when invoices have been opened by the recipient. Clever.
