Losing Your Hair? Your iPhone 6 Might Be To Blame

Apple and the iPhone 6 are under fire yet again. Another week, another complaint, or so it would seem. How many complaints have there been so far in regards to the iPhone 6’s? Let’s see – first, there was the gigantic mess with the first iOS 8.0.1 update which had to be canned, then there was the complaint that the phone bent in people’s pockets, leading many in the social media world to go on an Apple crusade using the hashtag #bendgate, among others. Now, the iPhone 6 and its big brother, the iPhone 6 Plus, are being blamed for people losing their hair. And before you ask, yes, I am being completely serious.

Many social media users who use the new iPhone(s) are stating that the phone is ripping their hair out when they take it away from their ears. Apparently, there’s quite the gap between the back aluminum and the front glass. It’s their contention that this gap is causing their hair to get stuck and eventually yank itself free when the phone is lowered. Naturally, sufferers have started the new trending hashtag #hairgate.

It sure seems like Apple can’t catch a break right now. Granted, there are sure to be problems with any huge product release, but it seems as if Apple is getting more than their fair share right now. One can only wonder what the iPhone 6’s problem will be next week.
