Star Wars VII Finally Gets A Title!

After months and months of speculating, the new Star Wars movie finally has a title! And, honestly, it’s nothing like what I expected, and looking at various websites, it’s nothing like what anyone expected. Are you ready for it? Here it is: Star Wars: The Force Awakens. I didn’t realize the force ever went to sleep, but that’s just me. It seemed pretty awake at the end of Return of the Jedi, where we last saw Luke Skywalker and crew defeat Darth Vader and the Empire. But, what do I know? I’m no Jedi. (I do often wish I had a lightsaber, though).

While I’m not all that crazy about the title, at least it doesn’t sound like Jar-Jar Binks will play a part in the movie. It is confirmed, however, that other classic characters, such as Luke, Han, Leia, etc. will be making return appearances. Since the title was first released by the Star Wars account on Twitter, people from everywhere have been going crazy coming up with alternate titles and laughing about Episode VII’s official title.

Whatever the title of the movie is, though, people are going to line up to see it because it says Star Wars.
