After solving a math problem and catching up on your day's events it's time to get your body in gear and that's where Sworkit comes in. This app offers circuit training programs that range from five to sixty minutes and focus on strength training, cardio or yoga. You can choose which part of your body you want to work on or just go the whole hog with a full body workout. The advantage with this app is that you don't need any extra equipment and you can do it anywhere (within reason!)
