In worst case scenarios some tweets have majorly offended, insulted or just downright annoyed Twitter users. PayPal’s director of global strategy, Rakesh Agrawal took to Twitter in order to verbally abuse his colleagues and then make the co-founder of Foursquare a tempting offer. The funniest part of it all is that he blamed his behavior on stress, sleep deprivation and his new Android phone. He believed he was sending direct messages to friends!
