The founder of juice company Plenish, Kara Rosen revealed her daily diet in an interview with the Telegraph for the article “My day on a plate”. She explains how she starts the day with hot water and lemon, followed by a green juice to stop her stomach rumbling – fair enough but at lunch time she has a couple of rice cakes to accompany her green salad because she likes “something carby”! My idea of carby is a bowl full of Pasta Carbonara not two pieces of dry cardboard!
