The Napwell Mask Makes Sure You Get A Good Nap

I freely admit that I love taking a good nap in the middle of the day. I love pushing the pause button on my day and taking a little siesta away from the craziness of the work schedule. While I enjoy a nap, what I do not always enjoy is the waking up from the nap part. Sometimes my phone alarm will wake me, sometimes a neighborhood dog will wake me, and sometimes my wife or 2 year old daughter will wake me up unexpectedly. When that happens, I usually wake up anything but rested. I feel groggy, I can’t quit yawning, and I just want to hit the pillow again, but the work day beckons and I must go. All this to say that sometimes a nap can do more harm than good.

But that was before the Napwell mask had been created. Sleep masks have been available on the market for years, but I’ve never seen or heard about anything that’s quite like the Napwell.

It’s never a good feeling when you wake up un-rested from a nap. The Napwell napping mask seeks to make bad naps a thing of the distant past. Using a timer that you set to determine your nap length, the Napwell will slowly bring you out of your sleep cycle until you completely wake up. Here’s the neat part – it doesn’t wake you up with any kind of sounds at all. No annoying alarm clock nonsense. What it does instead is wake you up with lights that slowly stimulate a sunrise. Since it doesn’t wake you up all at once, it allows your body to naturally wake up which allows your body to feel more rested at the end of the nap.
