If you had said a card-game would be one of the most popular PC games available in 2014, it would have been a laughable idea, but Blizzard Entertainment has made it happen. Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, continues to be one of the most popular games in more than one region, with a growing eSports scene.
The idea of creating World of Warcraft characters inside of Hearthstone is unique. It allows Blizzard to pull from an old-pool of characters, re-connecting WoW fans with their favorites in a new game, focused all on competitive card battles.
